1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Welcome to 3win2u. This website and all related services ("Platform") are operated by 3win2u ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of our Platform, you ("User", "Member", "you") automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Continued use after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

Registering more than one account using the same name, phone number, email address, ID number, or payment information is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
2.3 Accurate Account Information
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading information will be grounds for account closure. 3win2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents.
2.4 Password Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. 3win2u will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by another party.
3 Deposits and Payments
3.1 Deposit Methods
3win2u accepts deposits via a range of licensed and approved payment methods, including bank transfers, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in real time or within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
3.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method. Current limits can be found on the deposit page within your account. 3win2u reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on the 3win2u Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any foreign currency conversion, where applicable, is subject to the prevailing exchange rate and may incur fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
Every deposit made into your 3win2u account is final. Deposits cannot be reversed once processed. Please ensure the amount and payment details are correct before confirming any transaction.
4 Withdrawal
4.1 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests can be submitted via the "Withdrawal" section in your account. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to our anti-money laundering policy.
4.2 Processing Time
Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 business hours once the request is verified. Withdrawals requiring additional KYC review may take up to 3 business days. 3win2u strives to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible for members' convenience.
4.3 KYC Verification for Withdrawals
Withdrawals exceeding certain limits require full identity verification (KYC). Documents that may be required include a copy of your ID, the last three months' bank statements, and proof of address. This process is part of our commitment to account security and legal compliance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers at 3win2u are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements as clearly stated on each promotions page. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the terms applicable to that bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement (e.g., 10x rollover) means you must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before the relevant balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on certain games may only count partially or not at all towards the rollover requirement — these details are stated in the terms of each promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
3win2u employs both automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities classified as bonus abuse include systematically placing low-risk bets to meet rollover requirements, using multiple accounts, and employing betting strategies that conflict with the intent of a promotion. Accounts found to have abused bonuses will have the relevant bonus and winnings forfeited.
Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Each member may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
6 Game Rules
6.1 Game Fairness
All games at 3win2u use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 3win2u itself.
6.2 Game Results
Game results recorded by the 3win2u server are final. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the server records, the server records will prevail. Any technical errors occurring during gameplay will be investigated and resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution policy.
6.3 Technical Disruptions
3win2u is not responsible for losses suffered due to internet disruptions, device issues, or connection failures on the user's end. In the event of a technical disruption on the platform's side during an active game, 3win2u will resolve the dispute based on the last valid recorded state.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3win2u Platform and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information without authorization
- Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity
- Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game results
- Registering or using an account on behalf of a prohibited individual or entity
- Any form of bonus or promotion fraud
- Threatening, insulting, or harassing staff or other users
3win2u cooperates fully with authorities in investigations involving illegal activity. Any account suspected of involvement in illegal activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
8 Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure by User
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the relevant payment method.
8.2 Closure by 3win2u
3win2u reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to fraud or illegal activity, the account balance may be fully forfeited.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. An administration fee as specified in the current policy may be charged on inactive accounts. Notice will be sent to the registered email before any fee is applied.
9 Limitation of Liability
3win2u provides this Platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 3win2u makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
3win2u shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 3win2u has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
3win2u's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10 Privacy and Data Protection

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
